One of the most unimportant things (for me, at the time, at least) I tend not to do in my daily life was taking a bath. I find it as tiresome – especially if the water is cold, I also found it unnecessary. I only took baths if I smelled so bad I couldn’t stand it. I also  believed that my body odor was genetic, and that I naturally smelled really bad if I didn’t take a bath. It’s been over a week now that I’ve taken a bath daily and I noticed that I haven’t smelled bad for the longest time. I also feel better. Looks like I was wrong in my belief. Hygiene may just be as important as keeping our diets proper to have a healthy life.
